Refund and Returns Policy

At Visible Folio, we sell only digital products such as software, subscription access, and digital tools. Because of the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns once items have been delivered. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not apply.
1. General Rule
All sales are considered final once the product is delivered to the customer’s email address. Digital goods cannot be returned, resold, or revoked once delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate payments: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same order, we will refund the duplicate payment.
- Unauthorized transaction: If your payment provider confirms the charge was unauthorized, we will issue a refund.
- Non-delivery or defective access: If you do not receive the product within 24 hours and our support team cannot provide delivery or a replacement within 72 hours, you may be eligible for a refund.
3. Replacements Before Refund
Our first step in resolving an issue will always be to repair or replace the product. For example, if an account login does not work, we will issue a replacement account. Refunds are only granted if we cannot successfully provide a working replacement.
4. Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Granted
Refunds will not be issued for the following cases:
- Change of mind after receiving the product.
- Full or partial use of the product before requesting a refund.
- Misuse, account sharing, or breach of our Terms of Service.
- Device, regional, or technical restrictions that are outside of our control (unless clearly stated before purchase).
- Products that have already expired as per their stated access period.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact visiblefolio@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your order ID, proof of payment, and a description of the issue. We may request screenshots or further details to assist in resolving the matter.
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. The processing time depends on your payment provider, typically between 5–10 business days.
